I Must Be Blind---where Is The Visual Button To Add A New Track?

When I search the tutorial for how to add a new track, I get this:

To add or remove a whole track in the pattern at the current cursor position (or current track), press lctrl-t to add a track and lshift-lctrl-t to remove the track the cursor is in. (Watch the track names in the next example)

There used to be a button. Where’s the button? You can’t possibly expect people to HAVE to use a key combo for something that important. There’s gotta be a button, and I just must be blind or something.
