Although it is (is it?) supposed to sound glitchy to my ears it still sounds very static.

Have A nice week!

Started in protracker, finished in Renoise.
something from the past couple days
oh boy itâs been a while
been working on some tracks though
this track uses some sort of metric modulation between 3/4 and 9/8
I just thought i should mention it here as i have posted so many tracks here: Soundcloud decided to lock me out of my own account with no recovery options so i have no longer acess to my own account. After mailing support nothing has been resolved in 2 days. So i had no other choice but to cancel my subscription. I wonât be using Soundcloud anymore and most of my treacks will become unaccessible. I canât even download my own tracksâŚ.
Fuck you SoundCloud!
something from yesterday ! this morning mixed a bit to control some of the resonances besides that its a kinda simple tune clicks&cuts ish exploratory idm ish inspired
I made a little dance-sequence for one of my songs to be played live, based on Tetris forms:

Iâm sure Iâve seen this maybe 1-2 years ago, but the stroboscope was less bright I think. ![]()
Likewise. Keep the oldschool stuff alive.
Didnât they answer? 2 days isnât that long, even though they usually answer within 24 hours. Anyway, better donât pay anyone when it comes to host your tracks. No need to list hundrets of songs. Free account, 30 songs at max. Better overview, more plays, no costs. Where do you want to upload your songs in future? You could use Audius, the streaming quality is the best of all the platforms that I know. But surely you already have a plan, right?! Btw, for about a month graphic errors occur on Soundcloud as soon as youâre playing a song for half a minute, no matter on which computer:
Not my style, but nice. I didnât hear much of your stuff so far, so I donât know what to expect, but you seem to know how to create artistically valuable stuff that has style, regardless of the genre. At least in my opinion. Btw, I also like âDonât Fvck with Acid IIâ, which youâve posted a couple of days ago. Keep 'em coming.
I finally managed to get in without any help from SC support, i found an old phone where i luckily had the code stored that let me in. I downloaded my 344(:D) tracks and cancelled my subscription. My plan is to use internet archive as an archive for most of my old stuff, then use YouTube for new releases and maybe a few older ones in a remastered/remixed version. Iâll start a new plain music channel there and hopefully iâll start making EP/albums on bandcamp soon as well.
I have had my issues with soundcloud in the past and it doesnât do much more for me than to drain funds from my wallet. I donât need SoundCloud more than they need me and i feel itâs time to move on. It has been a good ride and i will probably miss it a bit at times, like looking at the insights and finding a single person from kazakhstan has listened to one of my tracks 19 times and such. ![]()
I may use the free account still though, but mostly for advertising my other platforms and maybe the newest releases parallel with youtube perhaps?
Iâll look into Audius, it doesnât hurt to have different options.
Edit: now support answered, after i cancelled my subscription and 4 days after contacting supportâŚ
A few years ago I showed you this, also based on Tetris ![]()
Yep i also dont see any bennefit hosting my tracks any more there.Just upload them to youtube with a nice little visual.
Playing around with Renoise and SoundIDVoiceAI transfering my singing into other voices whic is kind of fun
Melodic trance with Noteahead and Audacity (Model D vs MonoPoly):
The problem is that ânice little visualâ. I hate making videos of any kind.
Stop hating something that is creative and can get your music to more people.
I have released to YouTube Music, but the problem is that you get usually something like 7-10 plays. Making a video gets you < 100 plays. Itâs not worth the time wasted as the whole streaming paradigm is completely broken. On SoundCloud you can get hundreds(\o/) of plays, but then again thatâs kinda paid promotion.
I got locked out of Spotify some time ago, so it can happen to others as well. Surprisingly they had a help desk that actually resolved the situation quite quickly.
Whether youâve got 7-10 plays or hundrets of plays, even thousands of plays, you get nothing in return except the benefit of having fun and the knowledge that your music is being heard. A video doesnât increase plays, and those plays wouldnât pay your bills. Make a video if youâre having fun doing it, otherwise donât do it.
I wonder whatâs the benefit on YouTube in comparison.
No one cares about videos, just use any picture.
