I know how hard to make music but it is not a music it is like a good scope of FX.
But mastering is good as well. For real.

I do this too at least once a year. Usually with my visual art, not with music. But the principle is the same. Get ideas out fast. Make good quality sketches. Revisit the best ones later to make a killer final track / image. It sparks creativity. And prevents you from being too precious with your ideas.
A word of caution: If you are a beginner a daily challenge isnāt the best thing for you. Youāre probably better served trying to make things good first.

too much high (read harsh) frequencies for my ear (these hats are annoying a bit). Or itās because iām not used to the genreā¦
