put chechbox of trigger (or small menu how the LFO should start, for example: when song starts)
if possible: more destination options in one LFO (with some options such invert phase etc.)
auto suspend (stops, when song is stopped) or something like that
Generally, I want some control over LFO, because now I have to use few FX commands to do simple thing as start two LFOs in inverted phase. Ok, I can start two LFOs in inverted phase using custom LFO, but small chechbox will be more approprite and still need a trigger button.
The reset already works as a “phase slider” and you can trigger the LFO on and off with the bypass. More destinations is done with the hydra. You can stop it whenever you want, i can’t see a point in having a checkbox for stopping when the song stops? Why would you even need to stop it when the song is not playing?
You’d have to automate or use a pattern command for most of these suggestion anyway, so this really seems like putting butter on your fat.
I suspect for vst parameter control (and being able to alter your vst instrument or effect properties without having an lfo consequently changing one of them) but it indeed comes up to better programming of your song.
There is a boundary where too much convenience makes one lazy but even worse:non creative and makes you end up uninspired
