Install Steinberg VST (in Renoise)

I’ve downloaded LoFi Piano from Steinberg and installed it in the VSTPlugin-folder Renoise looks at, but I still can’t see it in Renoises Plugin-tab. Can’t see anything named Steinberg there either (like as UVI has a loader to load instruments).

What am I doing wrong? Has anyone got it to work, or does it just dont work with Renoise?

Did you go and enable plugins in Renoise plugins preferences ?

Is it maybe an old 32 bit plugin ?

Is this the piano you downloaded https://www.steinberg.net/vst-instruments/lofi-piano/

If so you must - Download and install the free HALion Sonic and the LoFi Piano VST Sound

  • Look in your DAW for HALion Sonic and open LoFi Piano

Ah! Thank you. I knew someone had a solution for my problem. And yes, I had to install Halion Sonic and now it works. :+1:
