Using a macro, absolutely.

Connect the macro to the reset parameter of a stepper device in the sample modulation > pitch domain, add the required number of steps, adjust the range and you’re good to go.

Don’t forget to set the device to “points” mode - this will allow those quantized values that you’re probably looking for.

Finetune is simpler - just connect the macro to the pitch domain and decrease the range in the mapping range (about 1 semitone).
