With renoise one can do even cooler stuff with the samples…

It could also generate attention if the contributions was recorded and put on youtube.

Wel, if being submitted to last.fm, the artists actually get paid for streaming (at least at last.fm you don’t need to be contracted by a third party royalty collector to get cash)
