Don’t know if you guys tried this, but this works really nicely. Just simply get single cycle sound (a pop or click will do) for your control signal and route it to the cutoff of a filter…play with the min, attack and decay settings for fun!
Sounds a lot better than playing with a cutoff on an instrument that has a cutoff envelope. Only downside? Monophonic. But then again, so is ACIIIIIIEEEEEDDDDD!
