An offset control that will play the pattern data X lines before or after it is displayed in the pattern. This would be good for slow attack instruments, like slow pads from VSTi:s.
There would also be room for a toggle that tells if only the note column data should be offset.
I imagine it wouldn’t be too difficult reparsing pattern data before it’s being ‘played’?
EDIT: Offsetting forward can of course be made with a normal delay device, but offsetting backwards would be really helpful.
