[???] Linux 64 bit: Mouse + Alt = No granuar selections

Linux Mint 64 bit / beta 3

I cannot make a granuar selection by selecting the mouse and the left alt button. The shift button to extend the range works fine.

Perhaps a linux problem? I tried the “override window manager shortcuts” option but no luck.

Does the Alt key work at all on that setup in Renoise? Can you assign keyboard shortcuts to Alt + Something and does Alt + Shift selection via the keyboard in the pattern editor work?

I tested this again today and for some reason it works fine now. :blink:

I quit renoise and start beta 3 again.

Now it does not work (again)!?

I assigned some keyboard shortcuts with Alt and they are working fine. So the Alt key is working in beta 3.

Any suggestions??
