Here’s a little piece I put together with my friend. He did most of the music, I did the drums, some processing on the bass, and the glitches. Also I mixed the piece and mastered it.
Hope ya dig it.

I hear the bass line a lot on the foreground while the lead-vocals seem to be pushed a little too much to the background…
If you can give those a twist, i think the song gets a bit better balanced out.
cool thanks for listening. as for what you mentioned, i kinda meant for it to be like that…
Okay, that’s fine with me, i only noticed it…
The song structure sound very nice.
But I find the glitches very abrupt and almost anoying because I would like to here a good written song.
Isn’t it an idea to put the glitch effect (dBlue?) only on the drums here and there and sometimes only on the voice here and there.
I think that would prevent your song from losing it’s groove.
keep on rocking
thanks for the feedback bro, and don’t take this the wrong way, don’t mean to be an ass or anything, but you speak like there is some kind of formula for making music? I’ve done the glitches on drums before, but I’ve been having fun lately glitching the fuck out of the master after the piece has been composed. personal taste i guess.
btw i’m on a mac here, no dBlue for me, i have to do all my glitches by hand.
