experienced that the LPB isnt related on the pattern itself.
So, if i want pattern 1 to play in 4 and pattern 2 in 16 LPB its impossible.
so LPB can only be set globally ?

You can set LPB with the, F1XX command, here’s a proof of concept that show it:

Put LPB to 8
If you want to change pattern to 16, enter following effect command on pattern:
F110
F1 is set LPB
10 is hex for 16.
Values you want
01 = 1
02 = 2
04 = 4
08 = 8
10 = 16
20 = 32
40 = 64
80 = 128
I should try to get used too hex 
I think I will understand more commands that way.
