I am using a macbook, and i cannot find how to use the number pad in renoise, to use fx etc. I know that normally, outside of renoise,you press fn(function), however, when this is done in renoise it selects between samples.
any ideas?.

Hi,
You can currently not use the numpad keys to enter numerical
values. The numpad keys are always bound to other “meta” functions
in Renoise.
This was mainly done, because it always used to be like this in older
trackers. Most people are used to this. I understand that this can be
annoying, so let us add an option for this in future…
