Is it possible to allow the song or pattern stop whilst auto saving?

Would be quite handy for me as some of my rns files take 30+ seconds to save.

Especially when I’m at work and frequently need to silence my laptop immediately.

btw, Fn+mute doesn’t work whilst saving. I have to click another window then Fn+mute to stop the sound quickly.

You can choose to “Save while playing” in the preferences, or you turn that checkbox off.
If there would have been a way to allow you to stop the song at any moment while performing a song-save, then this checkbox would not have been necessary in the preferences.
