Is it possible to use the maybe command to choose between which phrase will be triggered?

Yes, using the mutually exclusive mode you can.
The MaYbe command works with notes, not effect-commands. This is not a problem though, you just need to specify the effects AND a note.
So in your case, you could enter two notes, each one referring to a specific phrase (using the Zxx command in the note FX subcolumn) and a maYbe command for each note.
Finally, trigger the whole line with Y00 (mutually exclusive) to make sure that only one of them is triggered.
