Hey guys,
being a huge fan of the Y00 command I would highly suggest to enhance the possibilities with this…
For example in the phrase editor:
C4 ---- | C5 Y20 | D#50 Y20 | [— Y00 — (Mutually Exclusive)]
The left C4 without any Yxx should play always, and only the other two should be mutually exclusive…
This would give way more creative freedom…
(Would make sense anyways if you think about it. Right now the left C4 won’t play at all in this situation)
Example for mutually exclusive Phrases in main view:
GROUP Group Fx
__________________________________________________
C4 Z01 Y50 | C4 Z02 Y50 | C4 Z03 Y50|| — Y00 ---- ||
It would be pretty cool that when multiple phrases (from the same instrument) are put into a group,
that the group Fx column “Y00” would make the phrases mutually exclusive like notes in the phrase editor as well…
(On a side note: it also would be pretty cool to have a Zxx command that picks a random phrase from the phrase pool…)
