Here are my votes:

1. The Comfortably Awkward - Mutating Friends remix
The remix I prefer from the entries. This mix of jungle-beats and cinematic ambience have something hypnotic. It’s like a strange slow-motion travel in some blurry night sceneries. The global sound is fine too.

2. Lilith 93 - Amigos Mutantes remix
Beautiful track, it keep the dark feeling from the original track, but with a special touch. I like how it turn into a psybient remix, quite trippy. Also I appreciate that the global sound is not too loud or over boosted.

3. HeartBeatHero - Amigos Mutantes remix
Well done, powerful and catchy! This remix sound as a lighted side of the original track! The remix has a good construction and developement. For me it sound a bit too loud, I would have preferred a bit less boosted sound with more airy parts. But it’s only a personal feeling,

And, in no particular order :

Soundbike - Pixel Friends remix
Well… this one sound familiar ^^ Interesting to hear another version of my track with some other no-chiptuned synths.

BlueFountain - RST remix
This remind me some oldschool .mod files, this make me nostalgic. ^^

Trusti - Take control remix
This is 100% classic clubbing techno! I can imagine this turning in a vinyl at a party!

Ghismart - Take control remix
This keep the classic clubber mood too. I like the early first part of the intro, but after some parts are maybe a bit too long.

Make A Wish - Mutant Candy remix

Love the intro.

Always love that breakbeat sound and cool sub bass. nice use of strings.

Make A Wish - Pixel Friends (16bit Candy Heat Remix)
Cool stereo sound. Kept pretty close to the original.

ghismart - RST (BlueFountain Remix)
Nice synth and baasline sound. Pretty iconic melody.

    WFT? @0:11 I paniced, cause I thought my speakers are broken. Dope track with a nice bass (that even sounds good on smaller 5" speakers). Great mix! Like the sound design and the atmosphere here. My fav!

  2. HeartBeatHero - Amigos Mutantes remix
    The track has Nice 80ish vibe and great usage of the original material. IT sounds quite balanced, but is too loud for my taste and has too much compression. This makes the track sounding a bit dull and flat.

  3. Make A Wish - Soundbike - Mutant Candy (Make A Wish Chilled Remix)
    Not really the style I’m listening to, but the melodies and the sounds are very nice. A lot of effort was put into the playful arrangement imo. I really enjoyed this one.

Great remix of a great track. If it would be someones else’ s remix it might be in my top 3 :smiley:

Again not my style I’m used to listen to, but the track is well done and on the positive side. Maybe add a bit more low end the next time?

Playful arrangement again. The mix is good, but is too loud for my taste.

    First time someone remixes one of my tracks. Very interesting to see what you take from the original track and how you arranged that in a new way. Thanks.

  • ghismart - trusti - take control (sokoban techno remix)
    I can’t review this one. First time I remixed someone else track. Cool experience.

  • HeartBeatHero - Type-A - Amigos Mutantes (The HeartBeatHero Remix)
    Perhaps a bit too much compression and/or saturation but for the rest this is a very nice track from part to part, with many variations, and those electric guitars are awesome. Some sounds remember me Jean-Michel Jarre early 70s sounds and that is amazing too.

  • Lilith 93 - amigos_mutantes_remix_final
    I like this track, clear sound, well composed, well arranged, well mixed. Just what I like to hear. It makes me travel in some secret parts of my mind. And I like that.

  • Make A Wish - Mutant-Candy-remix
    Cool track with funny sounds (circus organ style). It remembers me tracks like Plone ones on Warp records.

  • soundbike - MB12-MAKEAWISH-Pixel-Friends-CandyHeatRemix
    Yeah. Cool remix of the original chiptune track that I loved too. It could be the invitation theme for MBC13 (which I hope is coming soon). In the demoscene spirit, with 3D objects flying everywhere.

  • The Comfortably Awkward - Raegae System - Mutating Friends (TCA Mutant Fog mix)
    Wow. So nice. It remembers me all my favorite 90s Warp artists : Aphex Twin, Squarepusher, Mike Paradinas… The amen work is nice. The sub bass sliding is nice too. And this real piano at the end is the perfect conclusion of the trip.

  • trusti - trusti - take control (remix)
    I like this track. That’s why I remixed it. Or perhaps I remixed the remix. I don’t remember. The kick is loud. The stabs are nice. Oh yeah!

  1. Ghismart - Trusti - Take Control (Sokoban Techno Remix) - Loved the high energy and 90’s vibes. I liked the way it started with that ominous chord and built up from there. This one was my favorite and pick for number 1.

  2. Lilith 93 - Type-A - Amigos Mutantes (Lilith 93 Remix) - Loved the pads and all of the subtlety in the background together with that bassline. And when the bassline/melody came back over that beat that was a nice touch. This one is my second pick!

  3. Make a Wish - Soundbike - Mutant Candy (Make a Wish Chilled Remix) - This sounds to me like it is telling the ending of a happy story. Or like closing credits after beating the final boss. I really dig the laid back vibe and the beautiful arrangement. Well done. This is my third pick.

BlueFountain - ghismart - RST(BlueFountain remix) - I like how the main melody was used. And cool that it was a live performance with Renoise. I had this track on my headphones while I was playing some games and it was a good track to race to.

HeartBeatHero - Type-A - Amigos Mutantes (The HeartBeatHero Remix) - The original made me think of a futuristic city at night, and this remix just takes it and makes everything smoother and glossier in my mind. Very nice track.

Soundbike - Make a Wish - Pixel Friends (Candy Heat Remix) - I liked the twist to the sound without straying too far from the original. Nice track.

Trusti - Take Control (Trusti Remix) - I like the driving beat! The original was a good track and so is this one!

Yo @Raegae it’s true that the updated votepack seems to have many errors in it.
So I did my reviews with the first votepack and I listened tracks on the @alien7 soundcloud playlist.

Here on PC, in french, there are 20 header errors with 7ZIP:
