Midi Note Storing In Tracks

please
in past i was recording midi keybord notes in tracks
and these notes in tracks was stored with d… comand with delays

but now then i trying to record some midi notes they every time without any delays

so i cannt find where to enable delays when storing notes

change the status of the 6th button from left (“record note delays”):
