Midi VST to increase note length

Hi,

I am looking for a midi VST that can make a note longer than it was played, so capturing note-offs and place it later. I need that to make a midi arp playing overlapped notes, to properly not retrigger a portamento sound of a vsti. Oh, for macos :slight_smile:

Any idea?
