You mean including midi editing?

no, i meant audio editing capabilities are beyond needed
Why should i use renoise then? :stuck_out_tongue: nah, tracker realm is for me #1 when it comes to creating/composing/whatever else…
mixbus for tedious audio editing (manually editing vocal (gain for example), not being lazy by using limiter or whichever dynamic plugin ), mixing, mastering

I see. Do you premix in Renoise then (e.g. by adding EQs on the tracks)? And do you export all track as single wav files. What prevents me from doing this is the storage space it takes. 1Gb (wavs in Mixbus) vs 10 Mb (Renoise Track).

well it is possible to say that in renoise, i do not overthink of what i’m doing exactly, i’m considering it ‘creative process’ so it can include parallel chains, eqs, distortion and literally anything. But the mixing and mastering is another step in the making (when i actually import stems into mixbus.).
