I would like to be able to mix 2 smples together. For example. if i have 1 sample as a high hat and one sample of a bass drum. I would like to merge those 2 samples into 1 and save it as a totally new sample.
hopefully that explanation makes sense…?

Well…
It can already sorta be done…
Put sample 1 on a track and sample 2 on another track.
Make a selection that covers both tracks and a few rows(so all samples can play to the end).
Select a new empy instrument slot and ‘Render Selection to Sample’ from the menu that is available in the pattern editor. Voila, done!
This can be used to create chordsamples, beats etc.
