oh, i c. and *i didn’t realize the pitch modulators get multiplied by the range setting above that preview window. but that concept is actually the root of the missing feature we’re talking about, because it will only let you understand/set the maximum points of the modulators, not points that are inbetween. this applies also (i believe you mentioned this already) to the volume envelope. since there’s no multi-format points (tool-tip with both voltage/dB, input-format-detection), one will only be happy to use the maximum (voltage 1) points together with the range-multiplier (edit: there isn’t even one at the volume modulators), but what other envelope points do has to be guessed from the preview line.

and i guess this pitch-range multiplier (“<> 12 st”) which oviously has to do exactly the conversion we’re looking for, would be pretty superfluous then. since, if multi-format was there in modulators, you could just multiply with another operand-multiplier, which would consequently show and accept the non-voltage formats too, just as that range-setting does.
