Monitor section within Renoise

The topic says it all. It would be awesome if Renoise lets you switch between your monitor sets on the fly from within Renoise (so without a hardware monitor controller). example: Cubase has this feature really worked out well.

Another one would be the integration of hardware synths like in Cubase with their external instruments. Everything ITB and easy rendering of take(s) or track(s) as a result

You can already do this. If your monitors are connected to different audio interface outputs, (you may have to patch the outputs to ASIO 1+2, ASIO 3+4 etc. in the interface control panel) Then you can simply use the drop-down menu on the master bus to select outputs (and monitors)
