[???] Mouse wheel scrolls too fast

Mouse scrolls too quickly in instrument panel

  • 1> Open renoise
  • 2> point mouse at instrument panel
  • 3> use scroll wheel to select instument

Expected: Mouse wheel scrolling highlights instruments at a slower, more predictable rate allowing for quick selection and browsing

Actual: Highlight box quickly moves to either the top or bottom of the list after just one click of wheel

Is this on Windows, OSX or Linux? Which mouse (wheel) are you using there?

Do you had the same problem in other versions of Renoise?

Does disabling the “Enable mouse wheel acceleration” option in http://tutorials.renoise.com/wiki/Preferences#Mouse_Wheel.2FClick_Repeat_Rate help? Still would be nice to know a few more details then…
