Move Cursor By Edit Step

Hi been a long time since I was last on here and had forgot just how good renoise is :walkman:
Anyway I know when you add a note and lets say that the edit step is 4, it will then make my cursor jump ahead 4 aswell as placing the note on the grid for where I previously was. I was wondering if I could move the amount set by the edit step without having to enter a note?
Also is there a hotkey for this?
If this is possible it would make navigating my patterns so much easier!
