MUSIO plugin, a sampler hooked up to a catalogue of sample libraries is very unreliable here. Usually, I can’t add more than one instance.

If it come as regular VST then try that, VST3 in Renoise can be unreliable as you put it

Alas it’s vst3 only.
Yes unfortunately Vst3 and renoise is extremely buggy atm
