New Tool (3.0): Edit step dialog

Just a very small and simple tool that let you enter the edit step value in a dialog box, in response to http://forum.renoise.com/index.php/topic/42896-step-length-shortcut/

Shortcut is set in the preferences/keys - ‘Pattern Editor:Edit Step:Show Editstep Dialog’

Excellent. I want to expand this to emulate the F2: Pattern Editor Options from impulse; remove the irrelevant options, and add some additional. Working at 12lpb, I often want to set larger edit-steps than 9, and simply/quickly enter the value.
