If not already visible, press the little “Options” button to reveal the tool options.
Then look for the text input labelled “Path to config” and enter the path there (see screenshot)

Sononym is super stable meanwhile on Linux. Thanks for that!

Ugh, this is super important. The ‘detect’-function detected the old config file and Sononymph didn’t work. I was just about to post here when I scrolled to the end of the path displayed and noticed it was the old location.
So take the time to browse there manually.
