New tool (3.4.1 ) ReSpeak TTS

Ok, after a long while, I’ve made some updates.

1. Amplitude is now default at 03 - why? Because there’s a normalize at the end of the sample creation process. (some voice combinations will cause digital clipping)
2. There’s a Randomize Settings button which randomizes Language, Voice, Word Gap, Pitch Capitals, Pitch, Speed
3. There’s a Randomize Consonants, Vowels and Randomized String button there.

continuing with maintenance of ReSpeak → Paketti eSpeak Text-to-Speech

I’ve made it so that it doesn’t necessarily push the Pakettify on the instrument that is created, unless if you want it. if you do want it, here’s what it looks like:

so you can immediately start pitchbending, cutoffing, etc at the sound. and it is rendered at amplitude 05, after which it is normalized by another snippet of code that normalizes the desired elements inside Paketti.
