This could be done by holding down SHIFT and then leftclick on the desired notes (à la Logic Pro). If you’re using a Mac it works the same way if you want to select non-consecutive files in a folder (or CTRL + leftclick on PC if I recall correctly). Or withanother shortcut, which of course could be adjusted in the prefs. Anyway, after the selection I could for instance transpose only those selected notes up/down or change its velocity or whatever…
It could also be convenient if you want to insert some note-cuts at certain places in the pattern, by first select the rows in question and then hit Caps Lock.
