It looks hidous grey in conjuction with that Mac keyboard (that thing is bleeched with toothpaste or sumtin…)
I still don’t know what the price of the ZErO will be but I know I’m gonna get it…

I’m looking at this too… only the faders look a little small- but that’s ok… this isn’t a PT console.
I’ve been thinking about making my own controller and programming it wit Pure Data. my buddy built one for his lighting system that is pretty nice. I think dj style faers are a good idea as well.
to have analog faders (djfaders) wouldnt it need some kind of adc on each one?
is that why you only see those analog faders types on the highend ones?
i am weary of digital faders like on one of them behringer bcfs, because how do you replace them. (i have one but havent opened it up)
i figured out how to partially fix dj faders but fix a digital?
would be nice if they just made a one size fits all fader like some of the dj faders, that could be used as replaceable midi an osc faders.
this novation controller looks nice, wonder how much they are gonna want for them? if its anything more than 4 i would ahve a hard time justifying it.
but it would at least FIT heh on my desk!
I’ve heard an indication price of 200 euro’s but that is not official. The one with keyboard is around 400. Would be suprised if they apply the ‘less is more’ principle on this one. Pricewise that is
The cool thing about this is the AutoMap function and the large LED that will show the parameters as soon as you select a VST(i). You probably have to make an Map for Renoise but that would not be to hard if I look at the utillity from Novation. Anyways… good stuff!
Does anyone know a controller with dynamic pads only?? (maybe plus some faders/knobs) Like a Akai MPC without sampler in it, but for control-usage only.
Would be nice.
Cie: M-Audio Trigger Finger is ideal for you
@ceejay: yeah, thanx!
