In chord mode when not playing back the song simultaneously pressed keys should record in different note columns. This way I can f.ex. make chords by setting editstep to 0 and entering a chord.
Hold down left shift while you input the notes.

Well I still miss auto chord recognition, because when using a midikeyboard I don’t want to reach for shift to enter some chords.
Would it be hard to code an option to record notes (in offline mode) pressed within a certain time intervall
as a chord? (It would work the same as doubleclicking a mouse does.)
This could ofcourse be an option, but I think it is so much better that if it was done I would probably not use shift again.
