Old song, plugin VST, now only AU - how to transmit VST parameters to AU?

So I’ve got plenty of old songs that use the VST version of Schaack Transient Shaper.
But I only have the AU version of it. How do I make it so that when VST is detected, it loads the AU, but retains the plugin parameter settings?

I can’t save it because the parameters are not being loaded because there’s no plugin…
