The new Renoise 3.2 looks great! However, do you have any idea why after I loaded one of my previous version projects and opened one of the VSTs there is a black screen only (plugin is still working but without showing the control panel) ?? 
I have the same plugin and in version 3.2, if I save a file with it, and then load it it shows up black like yours
Not saying it will fix it or anything. But anything like this I would first try unticking the GUI auto scale editor option from the plugin options dialog:
