OSX: Vopm Vsti - Import / Export Crashes

VOPM, on OSX, crashes.

Steps to reproduce.

  1. Instatiate VOPM VSTi
  2. Click Ext. Editor
  3. Click Export in the VOPM interface
  4. Try saving something.

Furthermore, Import / Export is wonky. Anyone get this working?

Conner: Could you please report this to the VOPM crew? Not much we can do here, its crashing the plugin, not Renoise.

Same problem here, I hadn’t used Renoise in a couple years… I used to use VOPM all the time, it’s my most used VSTi… SUCK!

*But it works if you go back to Renoise 2.5

Then there must be something that Renoise 2.5 does different than 2.8

I actually haven’t tried other versions with it, like 2.6 2.7… So I’m not sure where it began yet. I’m on Windows 7 btw, not Mac.

This is odd.
I downloaded VOPM (was very excited about it while doing so I must add :)
It wouldn’t work with the latest renoise build. I have 2.7 installed aswell - it works there.
There must be something wrong here. How can we check it out? the developer is out of reach since 2008.
