Hi, the overload protection also kicks in sometimes at the end of an offline rendering and IMO should be completely deactivated while rendering…? Maybe it kicks in too early, while plugins still switching rendering mode to realtime or something… I could provide an example song using Hive only, but maybe you cannot reproduce then.
You mentioned Hive. This VST could be the issue. I noticed, when using Hive, in its settings there’s an option to set the base latency of this plugin. If set to off, there could be rendering issues. Then also a popup message appears in Hive, when you try to start the DAW rendering process, you should set to 16 samples latency to avoid isues while rendering. Maybe this also causes your problem.

Thanks for helping. Though I didn’t change the settings, its set to 16. But maybe exactly that is the issue? That the overload protection should kick in 16 samples later then?
