Passive cooling gpu for fast screen updates?

Any thoughts?

Some backdrop information:
Currently i’m running 1950x cpu with plenty of ram and Radeon VII.
2560x1600 screen. I have to sell videocard to get some money. What Gpu you can recommend without performance problems? I prefer Amd production.

The best i can find is XFX Radeon RX 460 4gb, but it looks like that it is a pretty rare breed.

Have you tried underclocking and undervolting on your current card?

If it’s only for running Renoise you don’t need anything special, I’ve used Renoise without graphics card just fine on an integrated GPU (i9600k) so I’m quite sure whatever graphics card you can find will do just fine.

Check out this list, look at the bottom for AMD cards

It does make a difference
Try recording verry fast notes ( note delay on for non quantization ) in a 512 line pattern
After a while , renoise will start to hick-up .
To remedy this you can adjust timeout in the config file ( set to zero ) .
I’ve had this problem recently on a pretty fast laptop with integrated graphics gpu , the laptop had 20 gigs of ram .No such issue on a 10 year old desktop with a dedicated gpu

Yes whatever graphics card should do just fine… but seriously I had zero issues with the iGPU on 9600k but that’s also a desktop chip.

Guys, thanks for advises.
I think that any 2-4Gb video should fit requirements.

No, i don’t. I’ve used RVII for Blender.
Now i don’t need such power, so under-volt it just for Renoise use will be overluxury.
