How can i add these effect on the columms and what do i press on keyboard ? : pattern effect command f400 (song groove off) or f401 (song groove on)

While recording enabled, go to effect column (last column on track) and insert the commands by pressing F, 4, 0 and 0.

in the above image, the pattern command column is the one with the 0120. It is the only four-digits column so you can’t go wrong.
