Just had an idea. This would help for composing anything where you use the patterns like I do, sometimes every bar has its own pattern but most of the songs I make, the simple and really good or catchy ones, the chorus is always half the length of the verse. Sometimes I’ll use 2 patterns for the verse parts, or 4 and 2 for the chorus… but sometimes there’s longer and shorter patterns in a song. How about we have the pattern matrix show this? It could be based on how short the shortest pattern is. Otherwise the only indication is that the patterns that are longer are all ‘obfuscated’ and stuff
