Php For Working With Renoise/xml [Ignore]

Has anyone created PHP scripts to work with Renoise XML files? I know PHP very well (I will start learning lua as well) so this is at forefront of my mind.

I can’t think of a reason why not to use PHP to create some things for myself, tools for others in the lua tool way, but me, I can do whatever :)

Just wondered if someone had already gone down this road and if they shared their work in any way. Someone just told me XRNI files are .ZIPs renamed, which kicked in my mad scientist mode.

N/M I searched the forum for PHP but it said nothing found, I also tried php.

I’m guessing the search was 3 characters and it just ignored me ? It said no results found and I made sure to search in all forums.

Anyway I found the XRNS-PHP project thing.

Yeah, a bunch of us wrote a bunch of scripts a while back. The project page is here:

When 2.8 goes stable I will upgrade what I can, when I have time. I work in PHP at my day job.

Maybe you can help resurrect the project by patching the scripts for 2.8 :)

:) thanks man, I’ll take a look at what’s going on here.

I’m kind of out of the loop. I don’t know what is new between 2.7 and 2.8. If someone has a list somewhere, that would help.
