Hi, forgive me if this topic has been posted about before. I started using Renoise about a month ago, and I love its workflow for composition and production, but I was wondering how I’d perform live with it. Bear in mind I’m formerly a guitarist in a metal band, so live performance of electronic music is alien to me as a whole.

I’m playing with my band for year and a half now, and Renoise suits my needs pretty well. I use MIDI controller (Korg nanoKontrol2) to change some parameters such as volume or filter cutoff on my sequenced parts, and I have MIDI keyboard (Novation Impulse 25) to play some melodies live. There are many other ways how you can go playing with Renoise live. Take a look at Duplex.
