Please Help Me Identify This

I got my mind on this melody I can’t get rid off again. Think it’s a hit from late eighties or early nineties. My imagination tells me that there is a male voice singing “Everybody, lets go to the beat” or something like that. There is also a corus of girls/children singing in the tune.

I have tracked this part as best as I can remember. Probably not exactly like the original. But allmost everyone I have asked recognizes it after a few listens, but no one can tell me what it is.

So in a last desperate attempt to identify it, I’m uploading this mp3 http://sinatra.no/wtf.mp3 , hoping someone here can help.

Help me, let my brain have a rest, so I can go on with my life.
