Please Help Me Renoise Won't Import Anything

Hey guys, i’m REALLY new to renoise and trackers for that matter i only started to seriously check it out today
i have the demo version at the moment and no doubt i will purchase it tomorrow or sometime VERY soon cause i love the look and feel of it
BUT
It won’t load any samples or any themes
at the bottom of the screen it reads
import was cancelled ??

any ideas ??
also whats missing in the Demo thats in the Full version ??

thanks the problem mystically resolved out of no where!! =S
but now the play bar keeps going up =S and won’t stop =|
i can’t do anything
any suggestions ?
