PLugdata , pure data vstfx not showing up

PLugdata is not showing up as an effect in renoise
It does so in studio one , both use the same direcotry as it’s a vst3 effect located in common files

I just installed it on Windows and I can load it via the instrument -> plugin menu.

I can also load PlugDataFx as a track device

I can’t , only the plugin instrument is available
