Plugin Instrument Type - Any Way To Send Midi?

Can someone confirm this? I have built a ctrlrdevice for the waldorf microwave XT (monstrumWaveXT)…

However could someone confirm my suspicion from messing with this panel in renoise that a VST can not send MIDI data?

Is it possible to get a fix for this or maybe some help building a tool to address this?

Midi routing from within a VST plugin is not (yet) possible.
There have been tons of topics that highlighted this issue and requested a solution.
So far the most common mentioned was using EnergyXT and load the plugins that you want to send Midi from to resolve it.
