"Porting" ringmod to 3.1?

The parameters to ringmod have changed, no longer supporting phase nor frequencies in hertz. I wasn’t 100% happy with how it sounded anyway, but I don’t know how to “take it apart”.

Here are the settings:

Oscillator: Sine

Frequency: 5.14hz

Amount: 75%

Phase: 45°

Inertia: Instant

Can this be duplicated in 3.1, hopefully with some more control over the oscillator?
