Possible to run 32 bit plugins in ARM macOS?

I have an old tune which still uses slayer2  It was only available as Intel 32bit. Is it generally possible in macOS 13 or later to run 32 bit intel stuff on ARM, any idea? Could load an old Renoise version (3.3?)…. Or I will try to replace the guitar, but rhythm e-guitar is really tough to track… Lot of work  Originally I only want to fix the kick in that song, the rest is quite ok. Hm, maybe I would do it like a mastering engineer in Bitwig, editing onto the master stem instead?

macOS Mojave (macOS 10.14) was the last version that was capable of running 32bit plugins.

macOS Catalina (macOS 10.15) was the first version that was 64bit only for everything - including games on Steam - so a lot of ā€œmacOS supportā€ games just died a death.

So that’s the first hurdle.

regards ARM running Intel plugins - maybe via Rosetta2, but that will also introduce lagginess and unreliability.

The best solution is to have an Intel Mac, stuck on macOS Mojave - and then run your 32bit intel plugins there and never, ever, ever update. (I have a mid-2015 macOS Mojave MacBookPro that I use for legacy software (32bit apps) and legacy plugins (32bit plugins) - and will never update it.)
