I was always under the impression the the volume field ( indicated by red square ) was post filter but it is not .
It’s pre filter , increasing the volume will automatically increase the amount of waveshaping .(screenshot 2 )
The only way to have a post volume is to make a dedicated fx lane or use the mixer .

It was meant as a suggestion for adding a dedicated post filter volume fader , which we don’t have .
