Would be cool if I could just right-click on a folder, choose “Preview Folder” and Renoise plays all the samples in it.
It’s a bit of a pain when you have 500+ samples in a folder to have to click on them 1 by 1.
I use WinAmp for this now but it would imo be better if it were to be included in Renoise.
Ps : and no I don’t have anything to do today than post in the Renoise forum. What day is it again?

You can also give keyboard focus to the disk browser and then flip through the list with the arrow keys instead.
A lot less annoying than using the mouse.
Arrow down til you find a nice sound. Hit Return to load it. Numpad + to select a new instrument slot. Arrow down… Lather, rinse, repeat.

Unless you just don’t want to touch your pc at all when previewing → WinAmp again. But I’m good now.
