I noticed very strange problem with routing.
Let’s say that I have instrument 1 (midi ch 1) send to track 2 and instrument 2 (midi ch 2) to track 1 (so opposite - notes from track 1 plays on track 2).
Everything works except when I switch tracks (drag&drop).
Assignment changes, but there is no sound.

There is no problem with Renoise 3.4, only in 3.5.
Will be fixed. Thanks for the detailed report.
